Itching with bumps

I am not familiar with all the skin conditions they can cause but I know many of these infections can cause many skin issues sorry but this will bump for more view.

All kinds of things can happen with lyme. I drink a heck of a lot of water and even more with lyme, but my cuticles were always dry and cracked.

I have tiny kind of circular type eczema spots on my skin. I always wondered why my kid and all the grandkids had eczema. I think mine was always hidden until I got lyme. Mine does not itch. I know I am weird. It is about the size of a nickle, tiny pinpoint raised bumps. I don't know what I am allergic to because I am allergic to so many things. I could have driven by someone mowing their lawn. I leave them alone and next thing I know, they are gone.

A trip to the dermatologist might be a good idea. Just don't let him put any steroid type cream on it. That could cause a reaction to the lyme. There are soothing natural things you can do.

I agree - you probably should see a dermo just to cover your bases. But that field of the medical profession is in many ways the most closed-off to open-minded investigation...

I have quite a bit of experience with weird skin stuff but it's very tough to understand skin manifestations w/out seeing what they look like. Can you take photos - maybe with your phone?

Alternatively, you can use specific key words to describe what you're seeing, do a google search and then click on the "images" button at the top of the screen - look for images that look like what you're seeing. That is how I was able to ID my erythema migrans rashes after about a year of looking. I'd use:

itchy patches red bumps
and then do another search and add in: eczema psoriasis

Do you get relief from campho-phenique? Have you tried ice patches?
