when do you take your biofilm breakers? with your abx or later? (boluoke and nattokinas)

just wondering when everyone takes theirs?
my first month of treatment i took my bio film breakers every 12 hours, avoiding taking them at the same time as the abx. Now im stepping things up and taking them within an hour of my abx and at the same time as my IV (when im on it).
i wonder which way is the right way?

ps i take boluoke (1 a day) , and nattokinase (2 a day)

my dr. told me to take bolouke before i eat anything and late at night on empty stomach

thanks, i always try to do that but sometimes i may of eaten an hour or two before, my lyme doc says thats ok as long as its not with food?
