does this all sound right?
so from reading on this forums archives I have in past 2 months:
1)take probiotics 2-3 hrs after each of my 2 doses of abx per day
2)try to aim for 50 billion or more count total per day w/ different strains
3)rotate diff brands of different top drawer refrigerated probiotics (garden of life, renew etc) on diff days to mix up the variety of bacteria
4)take Saccharomyces boulardii at least once a day as a yeast to fight off c diff
now im pulsing one week off, while still taking probiotics, lesser amounts than normal though, and having digestive issues/ gas/bloating....is there a link between probiotics and SIBO?
it seems you cant win...abx might kill lyme, but can cause candida/c diff and ruin your gut flora/immune system...now im reading about SIBO....grrr
