hi everyone I have not been on here in a while. I moved to NC to get IV ozone in nearby SC and it really helped me but my marriage was killing me. So I moved back to my home town in Tn and so happy I did. separated from husband which has helped me lots but still sad due to my lyme disease.
but it has given me now since I am settled the opportunity to get back to researching lyme and talking to my friends on Facebook groups and coming back here too.
First living in negativity and emotional chaos is horrible for a lyme patient. I hope any of you out there suffering are finding yourself in a calm stress free environment, if not my prayers are with you.
I am disability have been for being " Crazy " since 2008. well that turned into late stage neuro lyme and I have got most of my brain back over the last 3 years of treatment. I don't know how I have survived other than my training as a RN has saved me.
I wanted to share a website with you called Stopthelymelies.com if you don't know about it. I cried when I found it because there was so much on it, that I did not know. It has a condensed list of all kind of treatments for lyme which will save you running all over the internet like I have been doing for the last couple of years. but my research is constant.
also, I wanted to share with you some products that is really helping me now. I do IV food grade peroxide IV's as needed now. I did them for 1 year before I got 6 months of Iv ozone. now I am doing strictly herbal since I just don't won't to take antibiotics anymore. they have helped but not cured me if there is a cure.
I learned about a herb called lomatium " LDM 100 " that is really good but you have to go slow. one drop caused me to herxx. next I am taking a product called Gundry Vital reds which is a supplement that gives you tons of antioxidants, including polyphenols vitamins and minerals, a metabolic herbal blend and a probiotic blend, which is a powerful anti-inflammatory plus the metabolic blend heats your body up. lyme can not live in a high heat environment.
I recently learned of another product that I can tell a big difference in myself in 2 days. It is called VFT and it is actually the venus fly trap plant in a tincture. read the research on this. it is amazing. I am taking pinella from the cowden protocol and it is really helping my brain symptoms. I am getting ready to add burbur. In july I got on iodine along with my thyroid pill and I lost 20 lbs in 2 months. I was very low in this. I take tons and tons of magnesium which helps a lot too. I added modified citrus pectin to help my gut and pull out heavy metals and other toxins. you have to break up biofilms so I am getting ready to add serrapeptase. next I have learned that you need lots of proteins and I am fixing to take a high protein supplement based on the Vickery protocol. I also am getting ready to join our local fitness facility and get in the infrared sauna to get toxins out, and I am going to try some slow swimming.
I don't take hardly any supplements for my immune system any more. at one time I was buying 400 dollars worth a month from a lyme doctor. I do have to take lorazepam to sleep at night but this is good cause I am finally sleeping.
I use a lot of essential oils peppermint for headaches, ginger and peppermint for nausea, lavender helps decrease cortisol levels, vetiver helps you with emotional pain, lemon, rosemary for improvement in memory, young living immune power and thieves, I had all mercury out of my mouth one root canal, getting ready have the other two pulled.
I have begun chiropractic adjustments. I must say be very very careful with this and with deep massage in the early recovery phase of lyme. I had not had any adjustments in one year. the first recent one kept me in bed for 2 days and I herxx. then I got a massage and a second adjustment and I could not hardly get out of bed and it took me 3 days to recover. I know it broke loose a lot of bacteria in my spine, and body. I could not believe it. my back cracks and crunches all the time. But know I have recovered some I can feel I am moving better. The chiro looks like a linebacker and I had never had any chiropractor break my back loose like that. He does not understand about lyme. guess I am going to educate him.
it also reactivated some peripheral neuropathy which is almost gone now in 3 days. lord what a herxx!!
topical anything with magnesium and arnica will help your muscular and joint pains. I do all the basic stuff for detoxing. I have to take methyl b 12 cause I have the MTHFR gene mutation. I need glutathione still but I am not taking any for right now.
well that is all I can think of right now. there is so much I have done tried and still trying. bless you all lyme warriors. signing off. JM
