So at work on Friday I had a constant runny nose like sneezed probably 40 times and felt like for sure I was getting a cold. Next stay I was totally fine. Is this relevant to a herx? Just very strange the next day I didn't have any of those cold symptoms

did you take anything new preceding the sneezes? if not, I'd just suspect something enviromental triggered an allergic reaction..

Boss's perfume? :)

maybe you actually got infected with some virus, caught a cold? But your immune system is compromised by Lyme so you didn't develop full symptoms... I don't know, I had the same thing lately and I'm also puzzled.

Because you felt fine the next day, it's unlikely that you picked up a virus. Usually when we pick up a virus, if we have symptoms, they hand around for what feels like forever, because we are sick and feeling miserable anyway.

With the weather changing, your work place may have fired up the heaters for the first time this year(?), or you could have been exposed to some dust/perfume/pollen that affected you just just the one day.

Continue to watch for any patterns that emerge, but if you're feeling better, I wouldn't worry over this.
