Oh hun, I am so sorry. I agree with all that is said here. Heat helps a ton, and those essential oils are good too. There are even some EO blends out there for cramps. Google them. I would rub those in with some magnesium oil and then use a hot rice pack. There is also the herb cramp bark which has helped some, but did nothing for me.
Here is a website for hot packs that wrap all the way around. Definitely not the prettiest things, but very soothing when you hurt so bad.

I do want to throw in my life experience 2 cents too....If you are having such prolonged and severe cramps that pain meds aren't touching I would see a doctor. Have you talked to a GYN about this? I have had endometriosis since age 17, (40's now).7 surgeries. All better now! It can be debilitating. The only problem is, it is similar to Lyme. Hard to diagnose and a lot of doctors aren't specialists in it. I don't want to alarm or upset you, just want you to be informed. ;)
