Hey guys! I recently read a thing online about
Lyme people's bodies being different and a lot of times needing to take certian vitamins/supplements without food for them to work properly. I was wondering if y'all could help me out with that and let me know if any of the listed need to be taken without food or anything like that. I'd greatly appreciate it. I currently take
Ashwagandha root
Vitamin E
Tumeric Curcumin
Omega 3
Vitamin C
B complex
B12
Evening Primrose
Alpha lipoid acid
Zinc + copper
Astaxanthin
Selenium
Pregnenolone
Japanese knotweed

As for the herbs --

I take my supplements within 30 minutes after I have eaten. I always thought they would digest better with food.

I take all my supplements before I eat in the morning. I have to dodge binders though, so generally it's like
8 AM supplements & herbs. 9:30 CSM binder. 10 AM protein shake. Noon CSM binder. 12:30 Lunch. 3 PM herbs. 4:30 or 5:00 PM CSM Binder. 5:00 or 5:30 PM fatty snack. Home to sauna & soak. 7:30 PM CSM. 8:00 PM dinner. 10 PM herbs & bedtime supplements.
It's not ideal but it's a schedule that works for me... totally not enough hours in a day...
