From what I've read, Bartonella is tough to break up, and I don't know if it has the same capacity as lyme to hide as well as lyme does. I think it is possible to become symptom free from it with treatment and perseverance. Like this blog post by a CMD about
it. They comment on how people test by eating trigger foods, if they have a reaction, they know they aren't done yet. I think these organisms are so ancient, and adaptable, to use the word "cured" might be better framed as being "symptom free" with the immune system working well and keeping things in check.
