I've used turmeric (curcumin is an extract of turmeric) for a number of years now. I won't go without it for the help it gives my liver and how it helps my inflammation.
I choose to use magnesium orotate, but it helps with my muscle issues so much, that I won't go without that as well.
I use many things that you may not need, like ginger, alpha lipoic acid, methyl B and methyl folate.
You would benefit from using vitamin C, but the rest you may need to wait for testing to see where you are as there are many things that you don't want to use if your levels are already okay, or by chance, too high.
You can certainly take a good multi vitamin and multi mineral supplement though.
