Which supplements to take?

I have got to pare down the amount of supplements I take. Of all that I take I am thinking these are the most important.

Is there any others that I shouldn't be doing without?

Vit. C
Magnesium Chelate
Vit. E
Vit. D
CoQ 10

I am also using collagen.

Thanks, I just don't want to leave anything out that is necessary to heal but really need to cut back, due to the belly issues and the expense.

I would add a good multiple.

Sometimes if you spend enough on a super multiple, you don't need some of the other supplements because they are in the multiple.

I have to take magnifying glasses to read the labels in the store.

My thoughts were the same as PeteZa's - a good multiple. I've pared down on supplements and herbs because of my gut, and darned if my GP wasn't right! The nausea and such seems to be much less.

Thank you both. That really is a good idea. The multiple I have now bothers my stomach but I may be able to find one that doesn't. Any good suggestions?

If the multiple messes with your tummy, there might be something in there that you don't need. And, that quite possibly would be something that is in ALL multiples.

I love New Chapter brand, but it is pricey for the multiple. Rainbow Light is also a reputable brand. And you just don't know if it is working or not. So I tried Alive brand and I noticed nothing new (by the way, less expensive). Then I tried Vitacost's. Again, I noticed nothing new and I think it is the least expensive.

The multiple vitamin that I noticed its effects in me was the Amway brand multiple. But, I quit buying it because they kept trying to get me to be a distributor. I don't want a job!! I think now you can buy it online without a person involved and when I finish this bottle I will search this out.

All I tried are for women and 1 a day and tablets and for more mature women (over 40).

I think Colostrum is great supplement, if you can manage to take it, do it. It helped me a lot with low WBC. It helps your immune system. I highly recommend it.

B-12 should be tested as some already have high B-12 levels, so supplementing it would only be throwing money away.

I use a liquid multiple called Intramax. It's one of the very few that doesn't make me nauseous or mess with my gut. Global healing Center sells it. Not cheap, but I actually can feel a difference..... and it's not pills!!! I love when I take things that aren't pills, LoL -- I can cram pills down 7 at a time, but it gets old, hahahahaha...

I do Mediclear as my multi and my smoothie protein. I love it. It's got everything in it.

Blueberry who makes the colostrum you take? What is it made from? I need help with my WBC. Thanks!
