Just whining

Good grief that is a handful worth a big rant! So sorry for all that pain.

Hint on the Percocet, though tell me first if it's coated for time release or just regular pills?

I ask, because I've found I can break a percocet in half to help with pain and very seldom is the pain so bad that I've had to go ahead and take the other half. Just don't make a habit of taking them closer than 6 hours apart or your liver will never get a break and that's all you need with Lyme and co. You don't want to break the coated time release ones because those are meant to dissolve over a certain period of time. Broken they will completely dissolve all at once and you can actually overdose that way. Extreme caution here!!!

The other way to minimize how hard the percocet hits you is to take it after a meal. It does not metabolize as fast that way.

Kidney stones like you're talking about are 10+ on the pain scale, so my suggestion is to not take it on an empty stomach.

Thanks all, the percocet is uncoated..it really hit hard. I'll cut in half next time. Never whined this much in my life..

By all means, rant away! You have earned it. My goodness. I am sorry you are going through lyme and kidney stones and losing your voice? You need to yell on here. We're here.

Sending you hugs and prayers. You sound very strong to be going through all that and think you can't complain. I have had pity parties over much less since Lyme.

This showed up on an MRI and it hasn't resolved yet. My NEURO referred to it as a 'pocket of inflammation' in my left sinus
cavity. ( Why left?) I am using Astragalus Tincture and Eucalyptus essential oil mixed with olive oil in a diffuser (inhaled). My left nostril is often blocked and I blow my nose every day, left nostril only.

inflammation in left sinus cavity+swollen left knee and ankle. Knee and ankle are now fine. Just checked. Left nostril perfectly clear at this time. Usually blocked in the morning.
