Lol, that's what Buhner does.
The problem with that is that things like methylation issues, different co infections, mold, thyroid, adrenal, GI issues, and so many other things keeps everyone, including our doc's, guessing. Everything keeps changing for each person as well.
As for the herbs, one herbs will have MANY potential actions, and when combined with other herbs that have similar or complementary actions, they become synergistic. But, as I learned recently about Holy Basil and Ashwagandha - they are both good adaptogens for the adrenals, yet Holy Basil will control high cortisol better (?) and Ashwagandha will work to equalize or raise cortisol a bit better. This also will depend on how the person's body respond to each herb. (I'm still working on gaining a better understanding of the different actions between these two herbs).
While I still believe that it's best to try to find someone that is experiencing very similar symptoms to you for a particular infection/condition and asking questions about their treatments is the best way to help a person figure out what may work for them, it has it's limits.
While those infected with the same strains may have a lot of similar symptoms, that's not always the case. So a list like that could be very misleading and cause added confusion.
At least that's what I've seen. It's like putting together a huge jigsaw puzzle that's all one solid color - and there may be a few pieces missing.....
