How often do you get CBC/numbers checked?

Once you have lyme and are treating it, whether herbs or abx, how often do you have a CBC to check your WBC, EBV, etc... to look for improvements?

Also, my LLMD never suggested checking my son's heart, liver, etc... (nor mine). Is this necessary?

What do you ask for just a general CBC?

My son is being treated and had a CBC with his IgeneX test but wonder if I should have heart/brain check for him?

I'm on IV antibiotics which require weekly labs - CBC & CMP.
