Very stiff neck

So I woke up this morning with a crick my neck, it hurts to move my neck to one side. I'm currently finishing off my antibiotics and slowly working in Buhner herbs (CC and JK). Of course I'm nervous that this a worsening of symptoms while I wait for coninfection testing and next specialist appointment. Maybe it's a herx or maybe it's 3-4 kids cramming into my bed in the wee hours.

Please tell me not panic. Anything work well for stiff neck?

Don't panic!! LOL! It could be just the natural cycling of Lyme symptoms, or it could be the 3 kids in bed with you!

Try using some heat to see if it's just muscular. When my stiff neck hits from Lyme, heat usually works, although I've been known to use ice when it gets intense first, to lower the inflammation. Gentle stretching during the day as well helps.

Kudzu root doesn't help with a stiff neck, but it does help with brain pressure.

I'm so confused as to what this stuff is supposed to do! lol On the front of the bottle, it says "anti-alcohol support" which puzzled me when I received it. On the back of the bottle it says "In China, Kudzu is also used to support winter health and relax tightness and spasms of the neck and shoulders." But I'm taking it to help with brain pressure which isn't mentioned anywhere! hahaha! This is the kind of thing that makes me think I have NO clue what I'm doing! lol

I'm so sorry. Neck stiffness was my first symtpom before I knew I had lyme. It goes completely away but every now and then comes back. Only 2x and last week was one. Don't worry.

It probably is the way you slept with the four kids!
