Motrin ok to take while herxing?

Going through a big herx right now and my head is POUNDING. I've braved it all day but rrreeeaaaallllyyyy want to take something to help now. I've done multiple detox methods, including mag foot bath, burbur, activated charcoal, detox tea, tons of water etc but can't shake this headache.

Are NSAIDs ok to take since they don't really get processed through the liver?

Yes, if you need to take something for your headache...go ahead.

Just make sure it isn't contraindicated with any other medications you are on..ie antibiotics...

Motrin is ibuprophin and does effect liver and hormones ..but pain sucks ..cordyalis ,white willow and kratom may be good herbal alternatives ...
