So the fellow I spoke to helped me convert...so hoping it's correct.

It was a paste that was put under my tongue and I found that it burned my throat....I previously (from Lyme) had esophageal issues that had gotten better...and the CBD oil was aggravating it.

I think I stuck it out for six ...maybe eight weeks before stopping.

I was feeling more burning pain at that time , as well and just decided to stop.
In hindsight...I think maybe I was herxing from it.

So today was day 4. I get some die off with tightness and pressure and burning for a short time then it's relaxing a bit. I don't know if it's actually helping like I want yet. I'm almost at a full capsule and will be tomorrow or Monday. After that I will talk to my doctor about taking it more than once. They only told me once per day but from what I've heard from everyone is you have to take higher dosages and about 3 times daily.
