This is the test my LLMD uses. I tested positive for two strains of borellia. The results are really easy to read, and the lab was really helpful when I called with questions.

It's a urine test. You need to exercise pretty vigorously for 30 minutes+ prior to taking the test. Or you can have deep tissue massage done first. I opted for exercise.
