worried about proper treatment of bart

I guess im kinda worried i went ti my llmd and he wants me to continue the same treatment of abx 2; more mos for bart , lyme i was positive for lyme. Doxy an d azithomyosin. I took a break a few days off, from the abx, and started to feel more head pressure, im worried im not getting correct treatment for bart. I was doing good all along now having new symptoms arise. Today i had burning legs and arms, but i had lot of garlic last night have to wait and see. Maybe doxy reactions been on 3 mos.

doxy did a little against my bart but not much. zithro did nothing and i mean nothing. with bart i've seen too often new/worsening of existing symptoms come out later on sometimes way later on (in my case worst symptom came out 10 months after starting treatment for lyme and co-infections).

like bluelyme says get some rifampin to pair with your doxy and that should make a good dent in it or at least way better than zithro.

best treatment for bart is levofloxacin (or cipro) with rifampin
or herbal: houttuynia, sida acuta, alchornea, hawthorn, rhodiola and red root - for 4-6 months

stopping treatment does not work with bart, it is slow growing but much faster than lyme, so it comes back in a week or two.
