Side effects from Houtuynia?

My head hurts constantly (in the back and around my ears). I recently added in houtuynia to see if I have Bart. Mostly, I've noticed that the top of my head hurts now too. Could it be related?

I didn't know Bart was "head" stuff.

I can't find anything to relieve the pain in the back of my head: it hurts to touch, there's constant pressure, and I can't lay on a pillow without pain. I get tingly/creepy crawlies in my scalp too, constant ringing in my ears, my teeth feel loose (all of them!), and sometimes my jaw hurts. Pretty much every bone in my face/head hurts.

Wasn't sure if I was reacting to the houtuynia or if it's Lyme stuff or if I'm getting sick. I feel like I'm coming down with a cold, but then an hour later, nothing.

How can you tell if you have Bart or Neuro Lyme? Do they have overlapping symptoms?

I don't know how you distinguish between neurolyme and bart symptoms.
I do know I treated Lyme for a good length of time and while I'm treating bart, I'm also treating lyme.

Oh, I forgot the tinnitus (pulsatile), and jaw pain on left side (could be lyme though)


...one more - the back of my head gets very hot too touch when I'm flaring/herxing.

Houtt was very hard for me. I had all kinds of head stuff. By far the hardest herb to increase to this point.
