Take a deep breath - and approach this one step at a time. Right now, you are drinking lots of water, which is good, but add some lemon to it to help push your body over from being acidic (what the bacteria and viruses thrive in) to being more alkaline.
Dry skin brushing moves the lymph - and the lymph system is the first line of 'filters' for toxins in the body, so they can get 'clogged', or just have trouble moving so many toxins through. Lyme massages are very helpful for lymph nodes that are swollen and sore.

www.tiredoflyme.com/4-reasons-why-you-still-feel-bad-despite-detoxing.html Detoxing is just as important as the treatments themselves for many of us - more so for someone like me who doesn't detox well on their own. I can't make it through treatments without lots and lots of detoxing.
