My LLMD originally suggested I be on abx for one year (for treatment of Lyme and Bart) and one year has officially passed. I'm doing a lot better now than when I started treatment but I'm not 100%, so I want to make sure I'm fighting these infections with the best protocol possible. I know that varies from individual to individual, but I'm wondering whether there are any obvious things I'm missing.
Here is what I am currently doing:
Vitacost Milk Thistle (600 mg 1x per day)
Nature's Made Cod Liver Oil
Vitacost Cat's Claw (500 mg 1x daily)
Vitamin C (500 mg 1x daily)
Oil of Oregon Extract (1500 mg 1x daily)
Eleuthro Root (1 tablet of Gaia brand daily. Not sure of dosage).
Turmeric
CoQ10
Vitamin D
Garlic with allicin
Montana Farmacy Japanese Knotweed Tincture (20 drops per day)
Now Candida Support
Additionally, I have just purchased and will begin taking:
Great Lakes Gelatin Collagen Support
EGCg
Now Candida Support
Now L-Arginine
Clearly I am not taking a high enough dosage of some of these things. I wasn't taking the herbal component of my treatment as seriously as I should've when I was on abx, but now that I'm off I'm more concerned about
getting it right.

the oil of oregano and allicin(maybe jk) are only antimicrobials? everything else looks good for support

Is your doctor giving you feedback on these natural supplements ?
I'd make sure you're still treating -Burbur/pinella/houytinnia/samento/banderol all from nutramedix.
And you want to make sure you're all coinfections.
I'll also recommend supplements to help boost immunity, like xymogen Immunotix and colostrum pills

It would be good to add multivitamin
L-Arginine is a tricky one, it can provoke herpes viruses, but if you don't have herpes issues, then it is fine to take it

If you're doing a lot better...why are you discontinuing the treatment that is working?
Are you having some issues with the abx...or are you just not wanting to continue with antibiotics anymore, and feel they are just too harsh on the body?
I think you will need more than you listed if you're switching - since you still have symptoms.

I would add Andrographis. You can find info about
dosage here
buhnerhealinglyme.com/the-protocols/
In general start with minimum dosage and increase each week - this depends on how much you will herx after those herbs.

A word about
the L-arginine. If you have an active herpes virus/EBV, arginine is not good to take as it helps it reactivate.
