Speaking of exploding heads, my head sure feels like it this morning. I recently added Gou Teng and up the dose slightly yesterday (this herb ends their party in your brain). I had weird dreams all night long and and I had to get up and get ibuprofen and coffee to stop the pain and nonsense. They were so real and colorful I had to tell myself "your awake, that didn't really happen" Yup party is ending.
