Does anyone know if the PCR test has to be run through my doctor? The doctor gave me the test kit, but I'm not sure I want to go back to that doctor. They typed their information in the form, but I thought I read that you don't need a doctor to run this test, and since I'm paying for it, I'd prefer the information come back directly to me.

Yes, you are right in that you don't need a doc. Just leave that portion blank and the results will be emailed/mailed to you.

Since their information was already typed in, I would suggest a phone call to the company running the test and ask if you white that out because you are not going to go back to the doctor, if they will still accept the test.

i've talked to the company they are very nice i'm sure they'll change it for you. to make it simpler just ask them to send you the test results as well and give em your info.
