I get it too. Also my ear starts to bother me. I'm often left with ringing.

Randy, have you noticed an improvement in your lyme condition?

Something else I just noticed. My forehead for the past 6 months has felt like sandpaper. I'd try to rub at it, to see if there was like a dead layer of skin on there making it feel like that. I'd scrub at it, but it continued to feel like sandpaper no matter what. I just felt my forehead a few minutes ago and it's a smooth as a baby's butt! I don't know what happened, but it's pretty awesome!

PT, I had some ear ringing too. For me, this is a sign of herxing. Before I treated with abx, the tinnitus was SO bad I couldn't sleep at night. If you do the sauna and get ringing, it might be a good sign, sign of die off.

Yes. I am assuming it is as well. It's so annoying though!! I also get it when I start a new herb. So I assume it is from die off.

yes and no on symptom imorovement lol
my ears ring all day everyday for last 2 weeks
forehead is smooth
i feel scatteredass trying to detox and cleanse naturally without taking stuff since everythung causes me a reaction and treating with herbs.
getting pissed with information from all over the place and peoples own opions on what can and will happen and what we can and cannot treat and heal from trying sift through the bs lately has been to much. first its lyme and cos then metals then parasites then nematodes then prions then then g gggrrr

Are you getting hit with snow today?? Does the weather bring out the worst, Randy? I feel like a barometer at times. I felt terrible yesterday with the weather on its way. I'm sorry your down.
Do you see a doc who recommended your treatment and/or discovered all your critters?? I know we've discussed the lack of good care here in our fair state.

No snow right now but yes it hits me real hard.
No no doc they are rare around here. The one I did see kinda sucked and was to aggressive for me and didn't Taylor my treatment for me.
I know my critters from muscle testing and a lil metal toxicity.

You forgot to mention dental cavitations and mercury amalgams!!!
...and what about mold?

I know what you mean...I end up stressing over what I might have...that I haven't even looked into, yet.

Cavitations no proly not. Have I used a cavitat to know for sure no I haven't. But metal toxicity yes but not horrible. Working on it gently. I just had my biggest amalgam removed last week the right way. I have one very very tiny one left on the side of one tooth left and I mean tiny.
Drank to much lemon water the other day and paid for it yesterday. I think I discharged a bunch of metals into my guts and had decent herx yesterday.

Ya, it's analysis paralysis.

I just try everything and cherry pick the things that seem to have an impact. 98% of the stuff I try does nothing, but every once in awhile I find something that does help.
