Greg lee is a super bright guy. He is an acupuncturist (not a doctor) and he doesn't prescribe abx. I would suggest that people read the articles on his site and to read the research that he references. He is a "think outside the box" kind of clinician.
Just like some people completely fail abx, some people completely fail herbs as well. And many of the serious neurological cases - the people with severe neuropathies or POTS patients generally do not get well on herbs alone.
I need to politely disagree with this. I followed him and attended one of his online seminares, and it was during that time that he told me that herbs only would not heal these infections, and that since I had healed using herbs only, I obviously did not have Lyme or other tick-borne infections. That is not thinking outside the box - particularly since he is a TCM practitioner, and I was seeing a TCM practitioner and she healed me using herbs only - treating only tick-borne infections and balancing out my body.
It's a good thing to disagree! And you don't even have to use the "polite" qualifier.

Disagreement is what spurs on good conversation and information exchange.
I understand that you disagreed with his assessment of you and the way you feel about
using herbs, however, I still think he is very bright and having a disagreement does not invalidate all his articles on his website.
Prior to being an acupuncturist, Greg was a software engineer at NASA and worked on robotics and satellite projects. His articles contain references, which I appreciate when someone has backed up their opinions with science or at least has given serious consideration the mechanisms of action as to why things might work - especially when the science gets thin.

www.stitcher.com/podcast/mackay-rippey/lyme-ninja-radio/e/10-lyme-expert-greg-lee-lac-acupuncture-41532314I thought this article was very good and it gave me some techniques that I might employ to heal my nervous system:
goodbyelyme.com/free_articles/healing_nervous_system/cns_lyme_inflammationSpecifically, I was looking at Frequency Specific Microcurrent, which my local naturopath does do. This might be something I try down the road after I finish IV abx. Greg has had lots of success using this technique so it's something to consider.
