I have done this in the past. There is no simple answer to your question.
You have to research each herb.
If you are using extracts the amount is very much reduced. The seller will tell you its 1:5 ratio or 1:10 and you calculate it against the recommended dosage for that herb.
Recommended dosages for herbs are in Buhner's Books in most cases. Usually measured by the teaspoon. You dont need to encapsulate them unless they taste truly aweful like andrographis and then I wouldnt take that one in a smoothy. You can mix them into a drink. What I do is put all the powdered herbs in water or juice or a smoothy and take it as one big drink and chug it down. You get used to it. You arent drinking it for taste anyway.
The ones you do encapsulate you can work out from the teaspoon measurements.
If Buhner says nothing about the amount of herb you can take. Then work it out by researching recommended dosage elsewhere on the internet. It will probably be measured in grams. I used to weigh them but I dont know how accurate my kitchen scales are for small measurements. But I have no regrets taking a guess and buying supplements this way. It saves money and is worth the time it takes to set it up the way you are doing.
All the best
