He actually says things in there that I have been saying for a long time now. I'm glad he's finally coming out and saying it in this manner! (I've copied and pasted those things below, for anyone that's curious).

"With today's science the drug (pyrazinamide) would never have been discovered. The drug was not initially tested in a test tube (in-vitro). The drug was first test in a mouse model (in-vivo) and was found to be highly effective. The drug has no activity whatsoever in a test tube. The modern scientific approach would have screened out and discarded the drug forever."
