I know what you mean..as my back pain subsided ( for now anyway) - I 'received' a new symptom - pain below my butt on both legs.
...and my feet used to be sore on the bottoms...but now since changing my Rifampin protocol, my left foot started twitching....it subsided...and last night my right foot started twitching.
It's like it is in every nook and cranny of my body...and the treatment is hitting each one by one.
You're not going to love me anymore saying this, but it occurred to me the other evening that I might be feeling the effects of a billion tiny bacterial corkscrews with fleshy fins (flagellin) screwing and wriggling into my tissues.
And I don't mean the kleenex tissues next to my bed either.

Why won't I love you after saying that? Are you saying it's lyme...and not bart?
Bart has cause me to twitch in many areas of my body...so I'm used to that symptom.
No, not at all.
Don't you get all creeped out by the idea of living things of the invasive parasite kind moving around in side of you?
You know, like the way we used to react when we first heard of the kajillions of little microscopic guys on us that devour our dead skin, crawl around in our eyelashes, living in a symbiotic sort of co-existence we'd rather not be aware of?
Thus my referral to the spirochetes moving around, eating, borrowing our insides and having offspring every so often...lol.
