you want to ramp up one at a time so you can take it slow and gauge reaction by making one change at a time. one popular way (my LLMD does it this way) is start the first abx 1 pill a day for a few days. if you are ok after that take the 2nd pill so now you're at 1 pill 2x/day.

when a week has gone by from starting the first dose do the same thing with the second antibiotic. this assumes you're taking each 1 pill 2x/day but the ramp up approach works for anything.
