How far away should ACV be taken away from herbs (chronic tonic)..also does the honey (sugar) in the ready-bottled chronic tonic negatively affect its use? Thank you.

I don't think there are any special considerations with ACV.

I mix my herbal tinctures in with lemon water and ACV. I first read that in Buhners Healing Lyme 1st edition.

The only reason the honey may be interfering is if you are dealing with leaky gut or with yeast/fungal issues.
