Hello this is for the guys un dealing with Lyme babesia and ehrlichia and Ive always had prostate disconformidad with pain in muy left testical i have had semen coultures urine coultures and nothing and before my diagnostic i was proscribed cipro for what apeared to be a prostate infection and i was feeling alot better it was clearing up ir it seemed i was going to get better after 8 days of cipro but then it all came to an end and so i stoped the cipro has any1 had anything similar

Mexlyme, I am a woman and have no knowledge of this.

But, in the Search bar you can type in "lyme testicular" and you will get many threads about this subject.

The search bar is about mid page near the top under Forums & Chat.

Maybe bart ..if cipro hit it maybe bartonella...my nerve pain has gotten better treating for giardia and bart ...it was from perinium area shocks ..very painful

Have had tons of pains in these areas. Sharp pains, dull aches. Quite a few diagnostic tests. More recently, they found a "swollen varicocele" on the top of my right testicle. Said it wasn't harmful. I found a little nub on the bottom of the same testicle a couple weeks ago, though. Planning on going back in and get a referral to a urologist.

Prostate area pains too.

i'm almost 100% sure my left testicular pain (and the main vein leading into it) that bothered me for a good 6-8 months was from bartonella. until i treated bart it didn't go away. like bluelyme said the cipro is a tier 1 bart drug so you are probably hitting some gram negative bacteria and making you feel better.
