Help! Save me from relapse

I know what you mean, Bluelyme. Before I was diagnosed my mom, going to be 80 that summer, was running circles around me. I couldn't get off the couch. I thought, what is wrong with this picture!? 10 years later, at 89 she is still literally jumping rope, and I have days when it hurts to go up the steps.

Thank you, Bluelyme. I have heard about bvt and found it interesting but I have not tried it. I will do some reading and possibly introduce it into my Lyme arsenal. I appreciate your input.
