I understand the chili part - LOL! Same here. I believe it's us craving foods that will help us - the chili pepper in chili is really healthy in many ways - not to mention the beans and other ingredients that go into chili. Right now, I'm sooo hooked on this new recipe for pork and chili stew!! Ha ha ha!! I put double the amount of chilies in it and LOVE it! Although it does cause a bit of a burn and we all sweat happily while saying "Hmmmmm!" LOL!
The shear exhaustion and malaise that can be present is astonishing! Especially when Lyme and EBV are both actively partying inside of us. Have you tested for EBV? How long ago was it? Does your doctor address this as well as other viruses too?
And, I'm sure you will not be surprised that I'm now bringing up your detoxing (LOL!) - Is that all you are doing for detoxing? Maybe it's also time to reevaluate your detoxing routines?

Yes was tested for ebv in July 15 ...surprisingly it was negative. Llmd never brought up retesting ....
My blood counts are always good. Don't seem to have babesia symptoms but do have bart.
