Travel advice (tinctures)

Hi guys/gals.

I've been invited to a ski holiday at the end of the month and it is about 8 lads sharing one dorm room.

I want to be able to continue treatment as discreetly as possible. I only know one of the lads well enough and the rest of them don't know I have Lyme - I'd rather keep it this way.

I was planning on putting 8 days worth of each tincture into one suitably sized tincture bottle, which will mean they are all mixed up together. The trouble is I can't work out what how many tbsp or tsp that would equal per day?

Total daily dosages:

3x tbsp polygonum cuspidatum
2x tsp tomentosa
6tsp uncaria rhynchophylla
1tsp pueria lobata (kudzu)

Need the help of someone good at maths

You would have to be very careful to add the right amount of each tincture into your one bottle though - or take a few bottles of it all premixed, so you can pull out one a day.

With the way my brain messes with me at times, I would make it so I took a bottle for each day. LOL.
