Started Mino a few days ago. Having day sweats feel very hot, internal shaking as well as some shortness of breath. Staying positive because I think it's a herx!

Thoughts?

Does sound like a herx. Are these new symptoms to you...or just ramped up 'old' ones?

day sweats are new. Shortness of breath i have had. Time to ramp up the detox!
Luckily i started with just 100mg a day.been about 4 days!

Good you started on half dose.

I did, too. Did that for a week ...maybe a bit longer (can't remember...too long ago)
