I would recommend one but because of Traveler, of course. She's not an official herbalist yet, but she has certainly helped me and undoubtedly others with her herbal suggestions.

I know that's not the same, quite yet until she finishes her schooling, but enough to make me believe in them, particularly if they have a good track record with Lyme and co.

Daisies, I think you know my story well enough to know that turning to an herbalist is what literally saved my life.

If you are looking for one locally, do be sure to ask around for one that has a superb reputation for treating/healing chronic health conditions and for dealing with "hard cases".

I finally consulted with a Buhner-recommended herbalist in August of last year.

This was after following Buhner's full Lyme, Babesia and Bartonella protocols for a full year and being on the max doses for 8 months. My signature shows my progress and I was frustrated with just how long it was taking to clear my final (super mild and infrequent) symptoms. Thus my decision to finally consult the herbalist.

The first phone consult was 1.5 hrs. and we covered more ground than was ever covered in my LLMD appts.

I consulted the herbalist again in October to share my progress/treatment concerns. Once again, I received spot-on advice.

There was one other conversation in maybe January - basically to touch base. My healing continues and I am very optimistic for the future.
