Inflammation???? What to do???

Some my new Dr had me do blood work with spectracell and it came back that I have very high inflammation in my body, I think she said in my muscles? I do feel fatigued but not sore muscles? Any input, on how to lower inflammation??? All input is greatly appreciated.

Tumeric and curcumin has antiinflammatory properties.

Civic pharm has iv curcumin ...very effective ...also bvt and dragons blood herb has been of great help in my vasculitis

Bluelyme what is "Civic pharm IV curcumin"??? What is bvt?

my old LLMD never did any tests for inflammation. then again i realize now that i'm seeing a real LLMD that he's an idiot ;)

Check the self hacked website under supplements. He's got a great list there. Glycine is one that is anti inflammatory in addition to others mentioned here. It also is very calming.

i've mentioned this before in the turmeric thread - Curcum-Evail is a curcumin supplement that really helps me. Turmeric isn't absorbed well by the body so it needs help. this one has sunflower lecithin; others have mentioned taking other turm/curcumin supps with fat or black pepper for absorption.

I also take fish oil (2000/day EPA and DHA) since before Lyme, so maybe that has helped in ways i haven't realized.
