you can order 1 gram of cefetriaxone (rocephin from all day chem at 6$ a box [they give a little saline to mix for injection )..the limit is 30 per order ..average dose is 2 grams for 4 days 3 days off .order actigall to protect you gall bladder ...you would need saline iv bags and butterfly needles to admin if you cant get a picc line or a port installed ...gfields was doing intermuscular shots of it in which case all you would need is a good size needle and a thick buttcheek ...maybe some procaine to mix and numb but the do this in elderly here ...a alternatice may be penicillan la shots 2.4 mill units ..if you do im shots make sure you did not hit a vein by drawing back on the needle to make sure no blood is accessed (can be painful or dangerous with penc la) head stuff cleared after a few months ..must take anti fungals and 100 bil probiotics for thrush.
