Hi BJD55 -
Good responses already. I just wanted to echo that more Nystatin certainly won't hurt (Nystatin, although requiring an Rx, is derived from the earth and generally not harmful). I don't know much about
the "liquid suspension" form but generally, the liquid forms don't have much of the Nystatin in them and some even have sugar in them. You might even want to try taking the prescribed dose more frequently.
Yeast/fungal overgrowth in mouth/throat is pretty common since everything we take, particularly antibiotics, we take orally. Some people can disrupt the natural flora in their mouths pretty easily.
Adding in organic antifungals is also good advice (you're doing great w/ the oil pulling). Try also chewing up and swelling a clove of garlic every now and then - I love it but some people can't tolerate it. You can get grapefruit seed extract capsules fairly inexpensively - I'd
open up the capsules on your tongue and gargle w/ a little water. Just know that long-term any yeast/fungal issues can cause resistance to organics so keep that in mind and rotate if you need to.
If you DO have a yeast/fungal situation going on, the probiotics and the fermented foods are not going to address it (they are great for prevention and health but do not get rid of an overgrowth so please don't rely on them). In fact, I've had to stop fermented foods altogether for awhile since they would consistently aggravate yeast/fungal overgrowth.
If none of this works, try getting a prescript
ion for PURE Nystatin powder - it's expensive but superior to anything and kills on contact Look at my comments about
it in this thread:

Don't let this go too long… you do not want it spreading to your gut.
