First of all than all of you who respond on this site. sometimes it is a blessing just to know others can hear you.
I am taking rocephin 2 grams 5 days a week and tindemax twice daily 2 days a week. first week is over today. Can someone take herbs also for bartonella while doing this. I know most of my symptoms are from this and was curious?

As an afterthought, just remember to take all antibiotics and microbials 2 hours away from probiotics.

There are some herbs that interact with some abx - but there are no really good free online interaction checkers between pharma drugs and herbs, so you will need to talk to those using those specific abx and herbs to know if they can be used together - or talk to a highly qualified herbalist. It's hard to find a MD that knows herbs and an Herbalist that knows pharma drugs, but they are out there.

Personally, I don't know the pharma end well enough to recommend something specific.

I was taking IV Rocephin, Zith, Bactrim, GSE and pulsing Tini when I started to slowly introduce Cats Claw, Japanese Knotweed, Crytolepsis, then Sida Acuta for Babs. Sida is also good for Bart, and Hout as well. The first two seem to be common across most core protocols.

Over time I fully weaned of pharma ABX and stayed with herbals, only to relapse. In my case, like others, I'll most likely take some level of ABX for the rest of my life for maintenance and be happy with 85% recovered.
