Like all holidays it can be a stressful time and for those with lyme it can exacerbate lyme symptoms because of the stress.
Remember to think of yourself and your health. Say "no" if you have to and do not feel guilty.
Plan on some calm time. Don't try and be Wonder Woman or Superman.
Nothing in excess. Even fun excitement can be stressful and over stimulating.
Plan now to make it as enjoyable as you can with little effort.
