I've been taking the easy stuff for bab and Bart. Grateful that I've had some easing of symptoms and now the major (literally) burr in my saddle is this pyriformis pain. Ive had it before but it came back worse than ever a short while before I got sick with this $%~ and has plagued me for months. Now I'm regaining stamina but walking hurts my bum really bad. I really need to get out walking. I'm thinking Bart may now be dominant and has settled into and exacerbated this old injury. All my yoga and pyriformis stretch exercises aren't helping.
So far, I'm taking skullcap, red sage, cordyceps, ecgc, nac, milk thistle, motherwort . Can't tolerate ashwagandha or quercetin. Scared of arginine since I had shingles last July.
Im looking at bottles of sida acuta, alchornea cordifola, bidens pilosa, cryptolepis, Japanese Knotweed. Which one do you think best to tackle next with bart in mind? Sida and alchornea are used for both Bart and bab. Next up? Where do you think I'll get the best bang for the buck?
