Restore for leaky gut

Has anyone tried this product? I guess you are not to take probiotics or digestive enzymes while taking it. I am reading more and more on the limited use of probiotics as it appears that most of them just flush right out of us. I am battling systemic candida still and would like to try anything to try to help.

GI Restore has L-Glutamine, Arabinogalactan, Licorice and aloe vera. Thos are probably safe ingredients although I'd start w/ low doses. The L-gutamine gave me immediate diarrhea.

I posted in another thread about probiotics and enzymes... for those of us w/ yeast/fungal overgrowth, it's best to avoid probiotics and maybe also enzymes until we get rebalanced - as some can exacerbate the yeast/fungal overgrowth. A healthy gut biome has millions of bacteria - no probiotic product on the market can come even remotely close to replenishing what is being killed w/ abx. So, the main purpose of using probiotics w/ abx is to help minimize yeast/fungal overgrowth - for some at least. For others the probiotics aren't going to do a whole lot.

What else are you doing to heal GI and reduce y/f overgrowth? Diet? Taking a binder? Antifungals?

What makes you say that? The gut has billions of bacteria, not just millions, and probiotic products also often have many billions of CFUs in them
