Can I add Jernigan's neuro anti-tox cns/pns to Buhner's tinctures?

If it were me? Well, I would do them in separate shot glasses. For no other reason than I am weird.

I would put the Buhner in a glass and add some water and chug it. Then do the same with the Jernigans. I have no reason for doing it this way. It is how I did Beyond Balance and Buhner herbs at the same time.

I don't think the ingredients combined will cause any problem for you or for the working of the herbs.

You should find that there's no troubles, especially if they are Buhner's detoxing herbs. Doing them in different shot glasses won't affect them much, as they both end up in the stomach at nearly the same time still.

Shoot, PeteZa. It contains folic acid and I have methylation problems. Wonder if that will affect me. Now I have to go research that!!!!

You may need to not use it - I have to use methyl folate in order to get the amount of folate I need to detox well.
