Does Malerone cause diarrhea?

I started malarone a few days ago two pills twice a day. And I've had bad diarrhea for the past 24 hours.

Does it get better as my system gets used to it?

Or should I expect this throughout?

Maybe it's the atovquone in the malarone?

I know that Mepron (atovaquone) sometimes causes me to have diarrhea.

I thought it was the xylitol at first...then the Enula...but nope...it's the mepron that I take at the same time as the other two.

For me, it's off and one...better when I eat a full meal with it.
