Taking albendazole right after doxy?

Do you think you can take albendazole right after doxy?

I.E. While doxy is still in your system. I think albendazole can lower your white blood cell count. Is that a problem while doxy is working on you?

I put them in the Drug Interaction checker I use and no contraindications came up.


I did read, though that a rare side effect of doxy is decreased neutrophils (a type of wbc)

But, that had nothing to do with the albendazole.

Thanks. I did recently get a blood test that didn't show a raise in wbc so I guess I may have avoided that side effect at least.

it lowers wbc (rarely) - not raises

Hear that, thanks. I guess either way it should be fine considering my recent blood test while on doxy showed to be normal.
