Blurry vision in one eye

It's driving me nuts. Sort of feels like I got oil or something on my contact. But it's not that. It's a new thing. Would mepron cause vision side effects or herx effects? I've been on it for like 2 weeks.

Eye problems is listed as a side-effect on the handout that came with my Mepron.

Might want to reduce your dose and/or talk to your doctor.

My eyes are dry, crusty and filmy alot. I was attributiing that to Bart. I think.

I am experimenting with Xylitol spray in the eye and nose. Its the first week so, inconclusive.

Let me be the guinea pig for you guys. The experiment will be concluded by the time I start Rifampin or shorter if it fails to help.

I believe I have ocular Bart now, but I began with a fungal infection initially which I hit with Terbinifine, then Doxy, then Itraconazole. This cleared the film on the eye. With continued Fluconazole and Doxy use after the Itra, the eye almost got 98% better, but Bart remains and has caused a backslide.

The tricky infections seem to present unilaterally often in the left eye first.

If your eye is infected with a fungi and Terbinafine is going to make any difference at all, you will feel it working in the muscle behind your eye 1 hour after taking it.

During treatment, my vision would change on a wkly basis - mostly due to yeat/fungal and/or biofilm load... I had them in my head (sinuses, mouth, throat) and they would also cause vision problems, ear aches, skin problems. The sx would come and go... mostly gone now that I've been able to get yeast/fungal/biofilm issues under control.
