I agree with the others.
I could NOT take even sips of wine, because I felt crap very fast after that.
Now that lyme is long gone, I take easily 2 glasses, without any problem.
Just be attentive to quality. I'd rather go red instead of white. White is known to have more toxins than red.
Then read labels.
Too low price wine is not worth, in my opinion... Even now, that I no longer have lyme, if I take a bad quality wine I feel my head is puffy, it does not feel good.
Very good quality red wine can be like heaven: it goes smooth, absolutely no 'side' effects!!
