Hi Hydra!

If you haven't yet, it would be helpful for you to start with reading through the thread at the top of the forum titled,"New to Lyme?...Start here!!", as it is packed full of important information, symptom lists, helpful links and pdf's, how to detox when one has these infections, information on probiotics and much more. And, here's another good place to find helpful detoxing routines:

You have a fully positive Elispot test, and that's all you need for Lyme treatment.
It's not just ticks that pass these infections - you could have quite literally have gotten it from your ex-partner, or from a mosquito or other insects. Mosquitoes and deer flies have been proven to be carriers for these infections as well - and they stopped looking at other insects, so we don't know if they can carry them or not, but we do have personal reports of other insects causing the bulls eye rash, which is indicative of Lyme as well.
Will you be seeing your ex-partner's doctor, or do you need to find one of you own that will treat these infections properly?
