I don't have this sensitivity, but based on how I respond to other things that I'm sensitive/allergic to, I won't use anything that has those same components in them.
Depending on what kind of a reaction you have, you could try a small amount on a day that you can rest and recover should you need to - unless you have an actual allergy to it, then I wouldn't recommend it.
Page 136 of Buhner's Antiviral book states:
" Chinese Skullcap has some of the highest levels (7mcg/g){of melatonin} so far discovered (some rice family plants have more). Studies have found that the melatonin in plants is strongly present in the plasma of animals that ingest them and that it dos bind to molatonin-binding sties int eh brain, creawting specific effects. (One being helping with sleep cycle normalization.) Melatonin is highly active in the brain; it detoxifies" several compounds.
